2-Stroke Engines

Inspections of critical parts – Pistons, piston rings, Cylinder liners, connecting rods, Crankshaft bearings, turbochargers, fuel injections systems (spill timing & Indicator Digrams), Cooling water circuits (intercooler, oil cooler and heat exchanger), and exhaust manifolds, oil purifiers and performing necessary overhauls.

4-Stroke Engines

Engine Overhaul

Proficient in performing complete engine overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of engine components.

Preventive Maintenance

Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity.

Experience in monitoring engine parameters and conducting regular checks on critical systems.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics

Skilled in identifying and diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Ability to analyse engine performance data to detect anomalies and take corrective actions.

Component Repair and Replacement

Proficient in repairing or replacing key engine components such as pistons, rings, cylinder heads, and crankshafts.

Experience in handling turbochargers, fuel injectors (spill timing and Indicator diagrams), and lubrication systems.

Alignment and Calibration

Competent in aligning and calibrating engine components to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper operation and efficiency.

Ability to perform dynamic balancing of rotating parts to minimise vibrations.

Cooling System Management

Skilled in maintaining and repairing cooling systems, including seawater and freshwater systems, to prevent overheating and ensure efficient operation.

Ability to inspect and service heat exchangers and cooling lines.

Electrical and Control Systems

Understanding of electrical systems related to engine operation, including sensors, control units, and instrumentation.

Experience in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing necessary repairs.

Safety and Compliance

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to engine maintenance and operation.

Ability to enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during maintenance activities.

Documentation and Reporting

Proficient in maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports for compliance and future reference.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance activities and engine status.
